Rule 117
Task Acceptance Report

(1) When accepting the completed construction works, supplied goods or services rendered by the public body, it shall prepare a report thereof.
(2) In the report according to sub-rule (1), the following should be mentioned -
(a) Purchase Agreement No.,
(b) details of construction work completed, goods or services received, (c) date of construction work completed or goods or services received, (d) date of completion of construction work, goods or services received.
(3) After the report according to sub-rule (2) is prepared, the public body shall complete the necessary procedures and send it in writing to the relevant financial administration branch or body for payment without delay. 14) Regardless of what is written in this rule, no such work shall be accepted until it is verified that the structure is suitable for operation according to its intended purpose.
